Ranking Variables available in Video template files

This document applies to Jamroom 2 only - for current Jamroom 3 Documentation, visit the main Documentation section.

The following variables are available for your use in the video mode row templates:

Video Mode Artist Variables

Variable	Replacement Description
{$MODE}	this is the mode it is currently running in (i.e. band, song, etc.)
{$BAND_ID}	the numeric Jamroom ID of the band (i.e. “5”)
{$BAND_NAME}	Name of the artist
{$BAND_URL_NAME}	Name of the Artist, urlencoded so it can be used within a URL.
{$BAND_LOCATION}	The artists location (as entered in Modify Artist)
{$BAND_WEBSITE}	The artists website (as entered in Modify Artist)
{$BAND_IMAGE_URL}	link to image.php script to generate Band Image - i.e: http://yourdomain.com/jamroom/image.php?band_id=(number)&mode=band_image_image - use this an IMG tag
{$BAND_RATING_FORM_URL}	link to the rating.php script to create a rating form. Note that you must pass a template name along with this variable for it to work - i.e. {$BAND_RATING_FORM_URL}&template=custom_rating_template.tpl.
{$ARTIST_URL}	URL that links to the Artist website - i.e. http://yoursite.com/jamroom/bands/12/

Video Mode Information Variables

Variable	Replacement Description
{$VIDEO_COUNT}	The total number of videos in the output
{$VIDEO_ID}	The video_id number for this Video (i.e. “20”)
{$VIDEO_RANK}	The numerical value of its placement in the output list
{$VIDEO_CREATED}	Epoch timestamp Video entry was created in Jamroom.
{$VIDEO_UPDATED}	Epoch timestamp Video entry was last updated in Jamroom.
{$VIDEO_ORDER}	The order the Video entry appears on the Artists page.
{$VIDEO_NAME}	The Name of the video clip.
{$VIDEO_CAPTION}	The text of the Video Caption box as entered on the Create/Modify Video form.
{$VIDEO_SIZE}	The size (in bytes) of the Video file.
{$VIDEO_DOWNLOAD}	yes/no whether the video is available for download.
{$VIDEO_FILENAME}	The name of the original video file as uploaded.
{$VIDEO_EXTENSION}	THe file name extension of the video file (i.e. wmv)
{$VIDEO_BITRATE}	The bitrate of the video file.
{$VIDEO_RESOLUTION}	The resolution of the video file (i.e. 640×480)
{$VIDEO_LENGTH}	The length of the video file (i.e “03:35”)
{$VIDEO_LICENSE}	The text of the Video License as entered on the Create/Modify Video form.
{$VIDEO_GENRE}	The genre of the Video.
{$VIDEO_GENRE_URL}	urlendcoded version of the {$VIDEO_GENRE} for use in URL strings.
{$VIDEO_CREDITS}	The text of the Video Credits as entered on the Create/Modify Video form.
{$VIDEO_ADVISE}	yes/no whether the video clip contains offensive/inappropriate material.
{$VIDEO_MIMETYPE}	The mime type of the video file.
{$VIDEO_PLAY_URL}	URL to be used in HTML anchor tag to play video clip (via play.php)
{$VIDEO_IMAGE_URL}	URL to be used in IMG HTML tag to show Video Image.
{$VIDEO_STREAM_COUNT}	number of streaming plays ONLY for this Video.
{$VIDEO_DOWNLOAD_COUNT}	number of download plays ONLY for this Video.
{$VIDEO_TOTAL_COUNT}	number of ALL plays (downloads + streams) for this Video.
{$PLAYPAGE_WMV_URL}	Variable for playing ALL WMV videos on page.
{$COMMENT_COUNT}	The number of visitor comments for this video.

Video Mode Rating Variables

Variable	Replacement Description
{$VIDEO_RATING_FORM_URL}	The URL link to the “rating.php” script that will launch the “rate form” interface.
{$VIDEO_RATING_NUMBER}	The number of times the video has been rated.
{$VIDEO_RATING_AVERAGE}	The Average value of the ratings the video has received.
{$VIDEO_RATING_1}	The number of “1” ratings the video has received.
{$VIDEO_RATING_2}	The number of “2” ratings the video has received.
{$VIDEO_RATING_3}	The number of “3” ratings the video has received.
{$VIDEO_RATING_4}	The number of “4” ratings the video has received.
{$VIDEO_RATING_5}	The number of “5” ratings the video has received.

Video Mode Quota Variables

Variable	Replacement Description
{$QUOTA_ID}	The numerical Jamroom Quota ID of the quota the Artist Account belongs to.
{$QUOTA_NAME}	The name of the Jamroom Quota the Artist Account belongs to.
{$QUOTA_DISK}	The amount of disk space the Artist Account is allowed (number).
{$QUOTA_MAX}	The number of song slots the Artist Account quota allows (set to 0 if Quota is limited by disk space).
{$QUOTA_MESSAGE}	yes/no if the Artist Account is allowed to create messages.
{$QUOTA_SEARCH}	yes/no if the Artist Account is allowed to be found in searches.
{$QUOTA_RADIO}	yes/no if the Artist Account is allowed to have Radio Stations.
{$QUOTA_STORE}	yes/no if the Artist Account is allowed to have a Jamroom Store.
{$QUOTA_RATE}	yes/no if the Artist Account is allowed to have Songs and Artist ratings.
{$QUOTA_REMRATE}	yes/no if the Artist Account is allowed to be rated by remote site.
{$QUOTA_CALENDAR}	yes/no if the Artist Account is allowed to have an Artist Calendar.
{$QUOTA_COMMENTS}	yes/no if the Artist Account has Artist/Song comments allowed in their Jamroom Quota.

Video Mode Cluster Server Variables

Variable	Replacement Description
{$SERVER_URL}	URL to Jamroom Cluster Server the Artist Page is located on (This will be the same as {$JAMROOM_URL} unless you are running the Jamroom Cluster Server).
