With the recent release of Jamroom 4, there is some confusion over the new Jamroom 4 License, and "unlocking" your downloads:

• If you currently have a Jamroom 3 License, you will need to have a Jamroom 4 License before any of the Jamroom add ons can be downloaded from the Jamroom 4 Downloads page (or the Jamroom 4 Changesets page):
  
  The upgrades for your licensed Jamroom 3 add-ons are FREE, but require a valid Jamroom 4 license before they will "unlock".  If you already have a Jamroom 4 license, simply follow this guide to "unlock" your Jamroom 4 downloads:

After unlocking your Jamroom 4 Core license, any Jamroom 3 add-ons that you have a license for will be unlocked on the Jamroom 4 Downloads page.

• If you purchased your initial Jamroom 3 license after August 1st, 2008, then the Jamroom 4 upgrade is FREE.  To retrieve your free Jamroom 4 license, simply enter your Jamroom 3 License Email Address into the License Retrieval form:

and it will be sent to you.

• You are not required to upgrade to Jamroom 4.  Jamroom 3 still works and will be supported for bugs and security fixes for 2 more releases (3.4.4 and 3.4.5).  We think you'll find the Jamroom 4 upgrade is a great upgrade, but it is not required.

• To purchase a Jamroom 4 upgrade license, select the correct license (25 artist, 100 artist, or unlimited artist) from the Purchase section:
