The lcNumberFormat function is used for converting a number to display properly depending on the LOCALE selected on the server.

return: Returns formatted number

float lcNumberFormat (int $number, [int $precision = 0])

int $number: Number to format for display
int $precision: Precision - number of digits past decial point to display.
