On some skins (eg Nova ) the 'help text' for certain areas of the admin control panel are delivered by a javascript pop-over.
This clashes with some help text from the affiliate module. The 'help text' from the affiliate module in the quotas section has a link to the settings page of the affiliate module.
That link does not play nicely with the javascript pop-over.
