I've put together the paSupportTickets Jamroom Module and its ready for release this week.

Visit http://paulasher.com/paSupportTicketsSupport to read all about it and to see a screenshot, then login as demo / demo to try it out. Feel free to send a few tickets, then reply to them as an 'Admin User' so as to see it in action from both sides!!

Cheers
Pa

Paul is this module cluster friendly? I read the information over at your demo site and it doesn't mention it.

Yes - 'Cluster Friendy'.
I've been testing it on my GigMemories site where all bands are on a cluster.

Perhaps a counter showing tickets open next to the button
Code
Support Tickets (2)

Thanks for the suggestion, I'll consider it for a future version.
