I have a hosting account / own server you can take over at $100 per month or you can move it to your own hosting company / server.
I also have a Cluster account with Live Credits:$20.61 of Credit that can be moved to via JB servers.net (i suggest you stay with them for this) and its around $2 per month for the cluster acc.
You can use the PM function to discuss price as i will not chat about money on the boards. Please do not contact me if you are not serious.

On the 26th October 2011 my hosting contract expires where my jamroom is.
If you want it make an offer you will ahve until around the 20th October (to allow time for transfer), if i dont sell the data, it will all be cleared, the licenses for the JR items i have will be sold for a discounted rate.
I will post that info after the 26th if there is no sale.
PS the site front page counter is not working at present so the stats are higher than indcated, working on the issue)
