There is a new law since the first of December in the Netherlands which apply to dutch JR owners using the payment pack with subscriptions enabled.
It as follow:
When a customer (a JR artist) is a consumer, he must be able to cancel his subscription at ANY time, AFTER the FIRST 'contract' period. With a cancellation period of 1 month.
This means, if your JR artist has a year subscription, it may NOT be renewed for another year. Well you may do this, but if he want to cancel his subscription after 14months, you have to refund the 10 other months.
If your JR artist is a firm / company this law does not apply. Since it only apply to consumers.
I suggest for dutch JR owners to create a new required custom form field with the values "Consumer" and "Firm".
And a new quota for consumers, with a yearly subscription disabled.
So your JR artists must pick one of them. Perhaps you can code a function so that consumers can not renew their yearly subscription or whatever. It's up to you how you deal with this.
