I wanted to post a quick "sticky" on the upcoming holidays - for the first time in 7 years, the Jamroom team (myself included) is going to take some time off over the coming holidays to spend time with our families, so here's the upcoming schedule:

There will be no Support Center ticket or Email responses on the following days:
December 24th, 2009
December 25th, 2009
January 1st, 2010

The User Support forum of course will be online for anyone that would like to jump online and help out fellow Jamroom users, but Support Center tickets opened on those days (as well as email sent to support@jamroom.net) will be responded to on the 26th or 2nd (respectively). Please note that all Support Center customers will be credited for any days that are missed due to the holidays.

So please plan your site activity accordingly.

We hope you all have an enjoyable holiday season this year - we're looking forward to making 2010 a great year!

Thanks everyone for a great 2009!

- The Jamroom Team

I hope my post didn't give the impression I am leaving Jamroom - I just won't be online those 3 days - I'm not going anywhere Wink

Thanks!
