The Jamroom Core downloads page has been updated with the latest release of Jamroom - version 4.1.6:

http://www.jamroom.net/Downloads4_Core

This new release addresses issues that have come up since Jamroom 4.1.5, as well as adds some new features and improvements:

  • Special thanks to musicbox24.pl for sponsoring the new "Blog Approval" options in the Jamroom Quotas as well as the Pending Media tool
  • The Jamroom image script "rotator" mode has been updated to work with quota_id's
  • better error support for AJAX loaded pages calling templates that don't exist

A full list of changes can be found in the Jamroom Tracker:

http://www.jamroom.net/index.php?m=td_tracker&o=browse

It is highly recommended that anyone running any version of Jamroom 4 upgrade to this latest release - especially those running the conversion server, as a few "corner cases" where a user might receive a getMediaFile error have been corrected.

If anyone has any questions about the new release, please let us know.

I hope you enjoy the new releases!

Thanks!

- Brian

p.s. be watching for the Jamroom 4.2 development kickoff announcement coming soon!

And one more:

If I change artist profile on this, which have blog message to approve, I can use media approval tool without problems. So I think, You must add Band_ID variable to link message.php?mode=message_edit&message_id=1857 for example or something like this Wink

PS. Adminer isn't working after upgrade to 4.1.6

I have re-uploaded new 4.1.6 change sets that fix this. Make sure and re-update to 4.1.6 and you should be set.

Hope this helps!

The latest 4.1.6 change sets now check for PHP 5 - if you are running PHP 4 the link to adminer will no longer show, as it appears to not work properly on PHP 4.

Thanks!

Did you regenerate your profiles? It looks like you are using a 3rd party theme - are you using the Jamroom players or 3rd party players?

I can see part of your problem right now - your SWF file:

http://beatrelease.com/include/n8flash/n8_j10vp.swf

does not appear to be there, or you have a .htaccess file rule that is breaking it.

What should I do? It was just working before the update. I'll try to see if I can find that file in my mskin folder.

There is nothing in the Jamroom upgrade that would remove that file, nor were there any changes to the .htaccess file.

Thanks!

hi Brian, i noticed, while upgrading that the files content.php and message.php have older version numbers than the previous ones. i know it doesn't affect jamroom, but you may want to review this for your records.

Very Happy

Those errors indicate that the sessions table has crashed, which is why they can't log in. You will need to repair the tables via phpmyadmin or the jamroom integrity check if you can access it.
