Magic Man:
Hostgator

Thanks for responding......

Can you tell me when you noticed that they were missing??
Do you have any PHP erors in your admin??
Has anything changed on your site that might have helped caused this?

Any information you have would be helpful in tracking down the problem... Smile

Your question regarding my host prompted me to contact hostgator support. They had, in fact, recently made changes to their servers, causing issues with certain site functions. Their exact explanation was,

"We've recently enacted additional security issues which broke a few things. So we had to clear up a few things."

Although I cannot speak for the original poster, my issue is now resolved. I hope it helps others. Thank you so much, once again for your kind and professional attention.

The music player on the site dubmusic.com was hitting mod_sec rule 1234234. We whitelisted the issue and you should not have any problems now.

Have all the players on your site disappeared??
Do you have a link so we can see whats going on??
Have you contacted your hosting company like the people above did??

This has happened with more than 1-Hosting company.
Seems there has been new security upgrades for servers that a few Hosting companies are doing.

Let me know......

The player showing is not the player that was there or in the Nova skin before...

I'm not sure I understand what your saying the problem is.... Sad
But the rusty red skin may not have been upgraded since Jamroom started using the the New Nova players.
So I'm not sure what shows up when you use that skin.

If you still want to use the rusty red skin...
I'll be happy to try and help you get the players sorted out if you need it... Wink
