Clicking on Browse > Clicks > Pending

I see that all sign-ups are pending under the Affiliates. So my question is, do I have to go through every sign-up that every affiliate generates to approve it or reject it OR is it only doing this because a modification needs to be done in the set-up?

Every affiliate generated action starts its life as pending.

The admin must approve all actions in order for the affiliate to get paid.

so if you are paying out for signups a new sign up will show as pending. once the signup has joined then you can approve it.
