he Maximum Upload Size has been set by your system administrator. Uploads will fail that exceed the Maximum Upload Size.
Admin - please reference This Guide for details on increasing your Maximum Combined Upload Size.

Check your Quota Setting under "Media Support"
"Show HIFI Audio" is set to "Yes"

Sorry but I don't know of anything else that would keep it from not showing up unless you had something custom done. Maybe someone else will have an idea, but I can't think of anythingf else it could be. If you have access to priority support you might want to submit a support ticket and then the support staff can actually access your site to help fix the problem.

I just kind of glanced through this thread but make sure your hifi settings are around 128k-320k. Then make sure your conversions are set accordingly. The other thing I would look at is just make sure the play button image file is there. If the path is messed up, in some browsers you will not get the red x noting that the image file is missing.
