If you have a router in your setup and a spare old pc lying around, here is a howto to setup your own local server with a debugging environment:

The above article that Michael wrote is really in two parts, how to set up a local/home server, and how to use it to debug code with phpStorm.
If you just initially work through the first part, you end up with a local server that works with V5 (as well as V4 and anything else) and is a viable alternative to any XAMP, MAMP, LAMP, whatever.

you could just install virtualbox (https://www.virtualbox.org) and download an distro and install that way if you don't have Linux box.
