Please post you what you have entered - I have tested this the same here (table into widget HTML container) and am seeing no issues.

You're right Gary - there is a grid template option for the Video module - Michael or Paul must have snuck that in

There are some modules that have grid template options in Site Builder (such as profiles and image galleries) - I don't think anyone has ever wanted a "grid" of videos yet though, so grid templates are not something we've added for videos. Which video module are you using? Video, YouTube or Vimeo?
Note that having a grid of YouTube and Vimeo videos could be a "heavy" hitter if you try to load dozens of YouTube videos at once - just an FYI.

The first is what SHOULD be in the forums module - it prevents both regular comments and disqus comments from showing on forum posts (which is what we want).
The forum already has "comments" in that people can respond to a forum post by adding their "comment" to it. Having Disqus comments at the bottom of each forum post would be confusing for most users, and I'm not sure you would want that - but I'm glad it's working for you.

Skins don't really "delete" anything - it may have hidden something that was previously showing, but it's not going to delete anything.
Global Config options are handled by the core - I'm not seeing any issues with saving them here in Ningja.
If you could be specific and succinct about the exact config options or menu items you see problems with, that would be helpful.
