Unable to delete image in Image Gallery

Yes, I deleted both the profile and the user account, but the gallery I had to delete separately.
Where do I access the 'activities' datastore?

It would be really helpful if Admins were able to vet users and delete undesirable accounts 'before' they went active. That way these problems could be avoided. We had that option on Ning.

Jamroom has this option - in the ACP -> users -> user accounts -> quota settings section you can set your signup quotas to be Admin Validated.

The marketplace always installs modules in a "disabled" state - you just need to check the "Enabled" checkbox and save.

Sounds like your server was having issues when Google crawled your site - these are all 500 errors (from your server).

These are all unrelated :)

Dim - I would double check the PROFILE for the user is active, and there MUST be a user account or the user would not be able to post a comment. Make sure you are looking in "User Accounts". If you are in the Profile Browser, and NO user account shows for the profile, then the user account and profile may have gotten unlinked (I've never seen that though) - you'll want to relink them in the Users -> Tools -> Link User account.

Still Unable to upgrade

I have no idea how it is working that way, so I cannot tell you it will continue working that way. In JR there are basically 3 sections:

- SITE level pages (skin templates, site builder)
- ACP (everything in the ACP)
- PROFILES (profile_* skin templates and views managed by a modules profile.php script)

I have no idea how you are mixing and matching skin templates from multiple skins, but it's not something we support so I can't guarantee it is going to continue to work.

There are TWO places in Jamroom where you can set the upload size:

- SYSTEM WIDE in the Core -> Global Config

- on a PER QUOTA basis in the Core -> Quota Config

Make sure both have been set high enough. For a 369.9mb MP3 file IF you are doing conversions, you will need 4X that amount of upload - 1,480MB.

Is it still possible to hide a song file

I need to hide a couple song files for a week and then turn them back on. There use to be an option that I could click on to hide the files but I don't see that in JR5. Is that a feature we lost in JR5 or is there a setting I'm just not finding?

I don't remember a "hide song" option in JR4 - maybe it was a customization. In JR5 you could do a custom checkbox form field called "audio_show" and check for it in your template:

 .... show your audio item ....
