Using Jamroom

There is a thread here:
http://www.smarty.net/forums/viewtopic.php?p=78488

That suggests the cause of the issue is that
your PCRE lib is out of date
ask your server hosting company to check that out. I remember you had other server limitations a while back in another thread.

Who is your hosting company?

Im looking into it now and dont believe what he thought was the issue is the issue.

The links on
http://shaleforum.com/feed/group_discuss/limit=100/group_id=709

dont point to the same location as the links on
http://feeds.feedburner.com/gomarcellusshale

example, the first link on the local shaleforum rss feed points to:
http://shaleforum.com/gomarcellusshale/group_discuss/63849/bp-has-appointed-a-power-of-attorney-in-trumbull-county
but the first link on feedburner links to:
http://feedproxy.google.com/~r/gomarcellusshale/~3/bmYsk-n2m3Q/63849
which redirects to:
shaleforum.com/sage59/group_discuss/63849

AUDIO PRO - Gallery Creation Problem

Using Jamroom

good to hear that you've found a solution, sorry we couldnt pin point the cause to have you avoid that step.

Hope rebuilding the galleries isnt too much of a hassle.

Using Jamroom

This url seams to be working correctly linking to the groups:
http://shaleforum.com/feed/group_discuss/limit=100/group_id=707

but this url is not linking correctly:
http://feeds.feedburner.com/gomarcellusshale

What is the URL that http://feeds.feedburner.com/gomarcellusshale gets its information from?

--edit--
It seams to be the RSS button from this page:
http://shaleforum.com/gomarcellusshale/group_discuss/discussions/709/gomarcellusshale

Which links to this RSS feed:
http://shaleforum.com/feed/group_discuss/limit=100/group_id=709

But the links on that page ARE pointing to the correct locations.

AUDIO PRO - Gallery Creation Problem

Using Jamroom

With the query from your debug log, if i run that on my jamroom database, it works the first time, but if I run it AGAIN it fails with the same error you see.

This seams to point to the query being run TWICE for whatever reason. Can you think of any way that could be happening in your situation?

It would help me out to know the exact steps you took to get to where you're at. Take a quick read of this doc to see what Im after :)

AUDIO PRO - Gallery Creation Problem

That error is saying "The database is setup to only allow me to write unique things to it, but one already exists for what you're trying to create right now, sorry, try again".

It shouldnt happen.

Have you deleted the database for the gallery at all recently?

Try logging out and back in again.

Have you got steps to reproduce that issue?

It shouldnt be happening.

Do Jamroom sites use cookies?

Using Jamroom

yes jamroom uses cookies.

Cookies are used to store information about the state of things, like if you upload an image via the Embeded Media Module and you choose to have "Large" as the size, then that will be stored in a cookie so next time you upload an image "Large" will be selected for you.

There is no module like cookieconcent. If you want to replicate what that module does write this in the footer.tpl of your site next to the copyright notice "This site uses cookies, by using this site you agree to have allow us to store information required to make the website work."

Not sure what the EU was thinking (not thinking) when they made that law.
