Consider Our jamroom hosting.
Then check your servers error logs. We need to figure out what the error is in order to figure out how to fix it.

Since you cant get into your ACP to check the jamroom server logs. See what logs exist via FTP at:
/data/logs

Look for:
/data/logs/error_log

and see if that contains anything.

Also try the steps for "Manually Clearing the Caches" and "If you cant get to the ACP" from here:

manymoods:
Hi,
My host update the php to version 5.6 when I log in to the admin control panel but can't go beyond that. When I click on any tab or link I get logged out of the site. I informed my host and they switched me back to php 5.4 but the site is still not working anymore. How can I resolve this. Please Help!

I would also look in your data/logs/error_log - sounds like it wasn't JUST a PHP update - JR runs on all PHP versions from 5.3 to 7.0 - but may have also included a web server upgrade, or disabling web server of PHP features that were previously turned on (such as mod_rewrite, etc.)

Your hosting provider has access to the error logs on your server and should be able to fix this for you.

Hope this helps!
