How do I change my license email address? The email address I used to register my license is no longer valid, how do I change this?

I need a custom developer for my JR site. Does this forum provide a directory of qualified developers?

Where in Jamroom does it indicate that an email was sent upon registration?

I just signed up a new Test user and confirmed that an email is not being sent to the user.

Wea re having problems getting new users to successfully signup. I got this response recently from the activity log:

[signup.php] Unable to process invitation - Invite Profile Quota for quota_id do ...

After signup, the system advises that an email was sent, but is NOT.

Message:

That's possibly a SendMail server issue or maybe Jamroom related, the registration form "jr_signup.tpl" ...

Why then did I not receive the email confirmation the system said it sent at the conclusion of my registration?

We are using the latest Proton2 template from Oinkba.

Since upgrading to Jamroom 4.1.1 there appear to be several problems or at least changes I am unfamiliar with.

Nope!

When I set count clicks to "no" the ad does not pop up. I reset it to yes and the ad redirects with a pop up to the advertiser's URL.

what instruction do I use to display? Is it {jr_advert} or {jr_html_ad}

When I unchecked count clicks the ad did not work. When I check count clicks it links to the correct address but does not display the graphics on the footer, just the code.

By "Link" do you mean the ad URL? Commission Junction does not provide a link, just the HTML, Javascript or text code.

What else do I need?
