I noticed today all the artist I had on the site before I installed sefjam, their url are not working because they still have websitename/member/365 type of url.

Those urls should be working as well. If you click the link the url in the browser should change to your artists name.

If you want to alter the url in the templates, look at the sefjam documentation, there is code to replace {$ARTIST_URL} throughout your templates.
