I don't know if this is what caused my sefjam to stop working but I've used Fast Rebuild a few times.
In my control panel its say sefjam install with green light but urls still show member/1/

If the Friendly Urls show a green light in the control panel it means that SefJam is NOT installed - there is no SefJam check in the server check, and if it is installed it will cause the Jamroom Friendly URLs check to fail as it overrides it.

It sounds like you have overwritten your .htaccess file, so if you still have the sefjam.php file in your Jamroom directory, open up the .htaccess and add the Sefjam rules again.

Just a note that Jamroom 3.3.4 has a "sefjam" check in it now, which will report "success" when SefJam is installed:

I know what it is now. I just got the jamroom cluster and conversion server and sefjam does it work with it which really sucks because I just got sefjam a week ago.
