There's a few ways you could do it. Probably the easiest would be to create your jr_ranking function and put the jr_flash_player function in your ranking functions header_template and pass in the $PLAYALL_HIFI_MP3_URL|jr_urlencode variable as the playlist_url for the jr_flash_player function.
