Hi nasthon,
I have struck the same problem. Variable that should be there is not being outputted.

I'll let you know when we get a solution to this. Wink

Cheers
Kirk

Ok I got this sorted.
For me I lost the {$HIFI_EXTENSION} & {$LOFI_EXTENSION}

I will try and explain how this happened.

I had a page which did this.

{if $HIFI_SIZE > 0}
{include file="$SKIN_DIR/Emp_links/emp_audio_link.tpl"}<img src="{$SKIN_URL}/images/play_sml.png" align="middle" border="0"></a>
{else}
{include file="$SKIN_DIR/Emp_links/emp_audio_link.tpl"}<img src="{$SKIN_URL}/images/play_sml.png" align="middle" border="0"></a>
{/if}

The page that I included did this

{if $HIFI_ALLOW_STREAM == 'yes' & $SONG_HIFI_SIZE > 0}
show the hifi link code
{else}
show the lofi link code
{/if}

After a lot of pulling my hair out I realised that the {$SONG_HIFI_SIZE} is a skin template variable not a theme template variable. What threw me was that all the other variables were passing with no problem.
The result was that the {$HIFI_EXTENSION} & {$LOFI_EXTENSION} would not parse.

I have never seen this before but if any one can break something it will be me Rolling Eyes

Any way I suspect a mish mash of calls might be the problem.

Hope this helps
Regards
Kirk

I would highly recommend upgrading to 3.4.0, and then to the 3.4.1 test release and see if it works again.
