It's been 5 years since Jamroom 1.0 was released, and it has been a great ride! I want to thank everyone for their continued support of Jamroom over the years - your involvement and ideas have been the driving force behind Jamroom

For those that might have missed it a year ago, I posted some "screen shots" of the Jamroom 1.0 release.. it's a great shot of nostalgia for me, as it reminds me of afternoons spent coding away during the spring and summer working on my "big idea".. little did I know how quickly it would change and grow:

Thanks Brian, for Jamroom and your great approach to developing and supporting it.

Without reservation, it is absolutely the best thing I have ever "discovered" online. My only Jamroom-related regret is that I didn't find it as early as Pasher!

Seeing how far Jamroom has come in 5 years is a real eye opener, and the mind boggles when wondering what it might be like on it's 10th Birthday

Congrats man! It's amazing how far Jamroom has come since I first started tinkering with it. I'm SUPER excited to continue to be involved with it and see it grow! I have the same regret as you, Steve! Here's to another 5 years, and hopefully many more after that!

Im a newbie to jamroom (8 months), And this is the most exciting thing
Ive been apart of in a long time.
Im not sure if the feelings I get are normal, knowing that
at the end of the (work) day, I get to go home and read up on how
everyone is doing. (people i dont know)
But I do feel like I know you, since ive been reading years and years of posts from hundreds of people.
I think that its very rare for that to happen.
And although I have stupid questions sometimes, I get the help I need.
and it is greatly appreciated.
I wish all "SUPPORT" offices/teams/groups operated this way.
Thanks for such a great product, and for providing this entertaining/supportive forum.

Good Luck To You Brian, And Everyone Else with all the years to come.
I hope to stil be a member of a superior/dominant product in the years to come.

Congratulations Brian and thank you for efforts mate

It's not only your product that empress's me it's the way you run these boards which are I believe a direct reflection of the passion that you clearly have for this little idea that you have stuck with for 5 yeras.

I'm not a coder as such, I'm a man who digs wholes for a living and while I haven't been here as long as pasher I too have enjoyed the wonderful learning curve that Jamroom is for me. Here's to the next ten years mate well done

Its just been a month that I have started to use Jamroom and I really can't express it in words how jamroom has changed my days these days.

I wrote this almost 4-1/2 years ago:

"We recently moved to a new server and were looking into ways to implement having everything onsite and more artist-controlled (rather than having everything administered manually by a few people). We ran into jamroom and instantly loved what we saw. A week or so later, we've got jamroom integrated into the site and everything's going really well. And we've definitely just begun to scratch the surface, really; judging from some of the other cool sites I've seen in the user list. We're learning as we go and Jamroom makes that super easy. I can't say enough good things about jamroom, Brian!"

Hard to believe, but I think I'm even more excited jamroom today. Tapegerm and tapegerm.com simply wouldn't be what it is today without jamroom. So, thanks from us for all you continue to do, Brian. Here's to many more years of it!
