There was 1 outage for about 3 hours about a week ago. Other then that, smooth sailing.
It would probably be more productive if you sent a support ticket. Though, I guess if you cannot connect to our site you can't. But those are also up and running, so you probably should contact your ISP.

I just traced a route from JBServers.net to the IP you are using to post here. Your ISP appears down from JBServers.net.
You are unable to connect to Seattle and Dallas, this is an issue with your ISP.
Note that Jamroom.net is also in Seattle on our same network, and you are connecting here just fine, so your ISP may have a problem routing certain networks right now. Regardless, I'm tracing right up to your ISP's front door and no further.
Try tracing yourself from both of those, it looks bad. Of course you probably cannot connect to them because they cannot connect to you.
