Can you tell me what to do please? I'm using JR 4.0 and when an artist or fan creates an account with a space between there name i.e daves band, it shows up like this /daves%Bband instead of showing like this /daves_band.

So I have to go in a modify the URL and put an underscore between the name so the page shows up correctly and does not show an error page instead of the artist page.

What do I do?

This is the Error that shows:
ERROR! the template file "artists.tpl" does not exist or is not readable from the skins/ProJam_Dark directory

Are you sure it is a "%B"? I've never seen that before. What is the Entity Encoding you are using in Jamroom Config -> Environment settings?

Note that with Jamroom 4 SefJam is part of Jamroom now, and is not supported by Ultrabubble.

Hope this helps!

Double check your Allowed URL settings in the Account Settings section - %B is not a valid html entity, so something is not setup (or working) properly.

Hope this helps!

I think those amp;* entries are the problem.

Its stored in the DB that way.

It should just be like this in the DB;

bname_not_allowed ; $ } { < > \ | % '
burl_not_allowed , ; / ? : @ = & # * ' $ } { < > \ | %

HTML code is not a valid entry in the form (or shouldn't be)
