How to adjust table cell row height and width in newchart templates.
Ive done it using the old chart template but I can't get it to adjust
in the newchart.

You will actually want to modify those things in the CSS file for your page.

If I remember correctly, there is a CSS sheet for the chart in the same folder as the chart templates.

You should see all the size settings for tables, cells, and so on.
