with paypal when a purchase is made, Jamroom is informed via IPN in the background.

Where is it informed too? what is the URL?

Im trying to build a payment processor now, but unlike paypal, the success/fail message comes back with the user. There is no IPN.

In this case im directing them to subscribe.php?mode=return but i think it should be going to somewhere else first to get the subscription either started or set a fail message before getting to subscribe.php?mode=return.

any ideas where that location might be?

Thanks

I believe all payments get returned to payment.php?p=Processor - subscribe.php?mode=return is the "return url" for a purchase. Paypal gets sent to payment.php, the user gets sent to subscribe.php?mode=return.

Hi Kyle,

Thanks for that. I think im just going to handle the return info via a module.

Should be easier to line things up that way.

Cheers.
