Hi,

In my Jamroom, there are 2 users, one is admin(Administrator) and other is artist(Artist). I logged in admin account, clicked on the 'Artist Menu' on the top area and selected our artist from the list. On the top i can see the profile changes to artist account with his name and image. Later i clicked on 'Admin Menu' , but still profile name and profile image is not changed on the top.

What may be the reason for this. How can i back to admin profile with name and image.

Is the artist also the admin?

There is no "admin" profile - the admin is simply a user. Once the admin selects a profile, that profile becomes the admin's "active" profile until the admin selects a new profile for the active profile.
