This is the error i am getting when i try to connect with facebook. My project is in my local system.

Site URL: http://192.168.1.2/mysitename/ (facebook config)

How can is solve this issue?

if you are going to use an ip, you need to use your external ip.

use this: http://www.whatismyip.com/

you will probably also need to allow incoming connections through your router.

I would look for a free hosting site through your host and test there vs a local machine.
