Have you set up your jamroom app in Twitter per the install instructions?

Yes I have, and I am using Cobalt3 skin and theme if that helps.

When you authenticated your twitter account, did you give your Jamroom app read and write capabilities?

Where would I do that, is it on twitter.com or my site?

Thanks

On twitter when you authenticate your account for Jamroom.

I have done that Kyle, now I get a new error:

Hmm...that's one I haven't seen before, but it indicates that the twitteroauth library isn't generating the correct signature, my guess is possibly because of the issue with the original attempts. Try removing the values for the jrtwitter_* fields in the jamroom_users table of the database. This shouldn't be something that you will typically need to do.

These errors are not errors on Jamroom's end - they are errors with the twitter end connecting to the Jamroom end. Kyle is out on vacation through Aug 15th, so if this is still not working at that time he'll need to respond, as I am not sure how the module communication is setup.

Thanks!

- Brian

I'm back for a day, but I have not encountered the above errors while developing the jrTwitter module (as recently as about 3 weeks ago). They indicate that either something isn't configured correctly, or there's an issue with the communication with twitter, which you cannot help.
