just bought flowplayer and useing it on homepage ... using {jr_player} ... how do i customise the look of it ? i cant find the css anywhere in the module/jrflowplayer folder ... ive looked at the flowplayer site but dont know which files to edit .... it says there that u just right-click the player and control panel will popup ... i tried this when logged in but nothing happens ... id like to remove the white borders as a starter ... they r terrible !

this is my test tpl

video flowplayer comes up BUT max the screen and see what happens !! it returns to small video ??

also it doesnt scale at all ... the border scales leaving the video at small size

how do i put my logo inside it ?

do need to download version 3.2.8 (your version is 1.0.0.5 ithink ?) of flowplayer from their site to have all the functions ???

they also say EDIT flowplayer.controls.js ... i cant ? so i cant customise it ?

oh i put in a channel as test ... NO PLAYLIST was displayed at any time (jr_player was used) as im not trying the embedding yet ... the n8player does all of this fantastically

I'll jump in here and see if I can explain some things.
First you need to understand that I don't know much about installing the FlowPlayer.... Wink

But the FlowPlayer Module was created to help people with the following:
(1.) Provide a low cost License to the FlowPlayer for all Jamroom Members.
(2.) Provide an easy drop in way to install the FlowPlayer in Jamroom using the {jr_flash_player} Function.

With that being said.......
The {jr_flash_player} Function was only designed with the most basic coding to get the player installed and working in a Jamroom site. Unfortunately it doesn't allow you to customize any part of the player through this function. The Module was only created for the most basic functions of the player as it states in the overall description of the Module.

But if you want to customize the player, you will need to bypass the {jr_flash_player} Function altogether and follow the instructions on the FlowPlayer site for installing the Player using its Java Coding which is more complicated and harder to get working. But allows you to use all the Functions the player offers.

how do i use YOUR version then ... flowplayer.org versio is 3.2.8 and it costs $95 for comercial version ... u clearly say that we can use it FULLY functional without {jr_player} ... well i need version 3.2.8 then on my root dir

please suggest ... Question

I believe the current version of the FlowPlayer in the Module is 3.2.7
Brian will need to jump in here and let you know how to get the latest version.
But the current version supplied with the Module shouldn't stop you from using any of the coding or plug-ins available from the Flowplayer site to install and customize the player.

well i emailed BG for a refund or swop of same value ... maybe u could 'pass it on for me' as i havent had a reply in any of these posts or return email ?
