OK - I'll add in an 'optional' user name field, and the form processing will use that if set, or the real name if not. That way, the user name field can be removed from the template if module users prefer it the way it is.

iLHM - Interesting catch22.
I've noticed that any error messages that a visitor might see when creating a ticket are not part of the module's language file. I'll change that so you can then edit the file to suggest what your visitors/users should do in this situation.

Busy this weekend so should be able to get this out early next week.

Well - I currently run support v 1.2.0 and I use a regular ProJam2 "Contact Us" form (with reCaptcha) for non-members, non-logged in. It will suffice for now.

I do see the value in auto-member created when using the Support Ticket Module. I'll have to ugprade to 1.4.1 and see how it works to provide better feedback.

I just thought of that scenario because it's something that does happen to me in practice.

You rock Pa.

Hey Paul!

Just uploaded the new version and ran a test with an attachment. I have errors on the attachment - No file to download - /home/path/public_html/songs/10/580_paSupportTickets_upload.jpg

I did notice there was no ticket.tpl for ProJam2 so I am assuming that files is specific to Nova only.

Thanks!

I think that might be because all your artists are on a cluster and the module does not support cluster file uploads at the moment. Let me get that added in.

Yes - That is really just an example template that I happened to build with the Nova skin. But its fairly generic and should be easily adaptable to any other skin.

Hi Paul,

I see the support module is updated to 1.4.1 in the market. Where can we find 1.4.2?

Hi
The download is the 1.4.2 version - I'd just forgot to change the number in the market place.
Done it now.
Thanks
Pa

Just a cosmetic suggestion, no bugs or issues. GREAT Module!!!

When an Artist clicks "Support Tickets" in the CP, they see: Open New Ticket, and View Your Tickets.
To conform to the behavior of the rest of Jamroom, can you hide View Your Tickets if there aren't any tickets? I know that if the Artist clicks it, it displays that there are no tickets. But most of Jamroom supports dynamic menus, where menu options are hidden unless needed.

On my site, I changed Open New Ticket to Create Ticket. Again, to match the rest of Jamroom menus.

Thanks for the suggestion - I'll check it out and maybe release an update.
