which template file does cart.php include as the footer? if guest checkout is enabled the footer gets completely messed up.

Doesn't look like it uses a .tpl file for the footer. It looks like its built from control panel functions.

Got a URL to see it going wrong? ( Where do you enable/disable "guest checkout" )

I believe it uses the skins/Nova/cp/footer.tpl file.
