I have made a merchant system that works for jamroom in my country, however, the plugin only works on the unlicensed jamroom and doesn't work on my licensed jamroom. Any idea what is wrong or how I can handle this? Any help will be appreciated... Thanks

That seams like a strange situation. Usually Jamroom modules will not run until you have added the license.

The usual places to look for errors are in the 'activity log' in the admin panel, the 'php_error_log' in the admin panel or in /logs/jr_php_error_log via FTP

The only scenario that seems to match is that you have a function with the same name as a module function and turning on the modules causes a clash of function names. (thats just a guess though.)
