Hi,

I tested the ticket section of the site: http://tunekingdom.com/lists/events/v=yes and when I printed the ticket there was information pertaining to my personal page on the bottom half of the page I printed the ticket on...

Please take a look at how the ticket printed and let me know if there is a fix available to print the ticket without the additional profile on the bottom of the page?...

Could you please provide steps to see this without me having to pay $1 to purchase a ticket.

ok, I have got access, thanks.

The issue is that there are a couple of other modules writing stuff to that page. Im not sure which ones they are.

* The first on is writing a box to the bottom of the screen "Friends Online (0)" This is appearing on the vault.php page and this is causing it to appear on the ticket. Changing skins does not make it go away so I believe its coming from a module.

* The second is the 3 icons in the top left of the screen. a speech bubble, a person icon and a planet icon. These too seam not to be skin related as changing the skin to nova does not get rid of them.

Try switching these modules off to clean up the ticket. If that is not possible the modules will need to be altered to check what page they are on and be made to not appear on the vault view_ticket page.

The things you guys are seeing is written by n8AjaxNotes njs file. They get written to the body of HTML pages. It should only be written to pages that include the module's js file.

I can't really explain why the PDF file is grabbing the modules js file. It doesn't make sense.

Hi Nate,

First Off, Thank you for getting back to me so quickly; you've been on top of helping me with any issues I've come across... It's really appreciated!

Do you think the Big Guy may have an answer for us in reference to the issue?

Thanks,

James

I am going to go through the process of buying a ticket on my demo and see what I can find.

I know Brian is pretty busy these days.
