Just purchased the MediaPro Skin and cannot get the MediaPro Skin to install for the Control Panel/themes. Is there a trick? Everything is fine for the site but cannot get it to install for quota theme. I followed the instructions. When I install there is no icon image at left and no CSS is applied. Please help.

There are a few things it could be.

You might have a different type of theme set as the default in the "Profile Themes" section of the admin panel.

You can use the TRANSFER button to transfer any existing profiles over to a newly installed theme.

It could also be that the "Profile Themes" section of the quotas is set to some specific default theme. So check that the quotas allow all the themes to be selected and that the default theme for new profiles is set to the one you want:

The system skin is set with no problem. When I go to admin: Profile Themes - I notice that the thumbnail image for MediaPro is missing. All other templates display a thumb image. I set MediaPro as default, transfer my quotas, rebuild quotas, reset caches, rebuild DB... and nothing but white.

Is there certain files that I can check to make sure everything is where it needs to be. Check the database?

I can send a login/pass if needed.

could try re-uploading the skin/theme. Perhaps some files were missed.

Seams like that would be the case if the icon is not there.

Probably means something is wrong with the seutp, a re-upload might fix that.

Have re-uploaded every file 3 times. Is there anyway you can take a look. I have spent 5 hours reloading, rebuilding only to get the admin profile to show but all other profiles are text only - no css. How can i send you a log/pass without having to post it here to the world?
