I ordered this yesterday but as of yet I have had no response or order acknowledgement,

Can you please check your Paypal and send over the order ?

I did contact Jamroom support however they stated they can not help with this as they do not have the files ?

Still no response from the Author via e-mail , pm or the Paypal address

I will do a chargeback/ complaint now via PayPal,

I think Jamroom should remove this from the market place as they are advertising a product that is not delivered and also have a responsibility in this getting sorted which they have wiped their hands of !
