Hey guys,

Rather than replacing all of the icons in skins/cp...I replaced the gear and removed the other images. Now in menus it shows the new gear.png like I want it. However it is still looking for the correct image when visiting the individual pages and because it can't find these removed image, it now displays this tiny image.

My question is, does anyone know WHERE is this tiny image located?

right click on > properties it and it should tell you the full path.

I think it is the default browser missing image icon. For instance IE is just a red X, Firefox doesn't show anything (what I like) and the link above is Chrome.

Is there any way to remove that image for all of the menu items easily, or do I have to modify multiple templates? Otherwise I'll just have to write over all the images.

It depends on what you want to do. If you have a new image for it, just rename it as the same name file type and drop it in the dir and rebuild the templates if it is in the theme.

If it is just the one image, just go into admin/template editor and do a search on the image name and see how many templates are returned. From there make the decision on removing the code piece or going an alternate route.
