Is there any way to add users that can login during maintenance mode? On Jr5

You could set them as a 'master' to give them admin level access or possibly 'profile admin' might let them login during maintenance mode too, not sure.

You do that from the
/user/account/user_id=6
USER ACCOUNTS -> TOOLS -> BROWSE USER ACCOUNTS -> select account MODIFY -> USER GROUP
