My jamroom for is uploading so slow at dail up speed. My host of 9 years trying to tell me its on my end. 4 different computers and 3 location and its still slow on high speed internet. what i mean about slow is the upload speed. It does not take 14 mins to upload 113.66 mb of music on 10mbps upload speed. Just strarted this like a week ago. Can any one give me any advise on this?

I would run a tracert to the server and see where the bad hops are.

I would suggest double checking your upload speed.

Google also has a clever way of determining your speed;

Which equates to 1mb/s or 1/10th of your 10mbs which still isn't bad.

This isn't really a jamroom 4 issue though, but rather a network issue somewhere out in the ether whether it be a misunderstanding of upload speed or a connection issue or even an upload speed limitation at the server.
