I'm looking for an active JR community site to purchase. I've owned, modified and sold a couple JR sites already. I kind of wish I would have kept them now. In any event, I'm looking to purchase a JR site with active members. It doesn't have to be a ton of members, just something with a decent start that will allow me to build upon and fulfill my ideas.

Elaborate on what you mean by specific type. Are you referring to Genre? Industry? I'd like for it to be music related, however if I see opportunity in something else, I may proceed in that direction as well.
