Hi,
every time I create a form it works for a day or 2 and then when you go to the link again it suddenly says

"This form has not been setup yet"
I think there is a bug

it might be a bug, but unless you explain how to recreate the issue, its not going to get fixed.

The issue is simple i create a form, it works for few days then suddenly it says

This form has not been setup yet.
it happened to me few times now!
