Basically you just need to change the link in the appropriate homepage template.
Which skin are you using? What images want their link changing?
More info in the first place will get you quicker answers

For the 'Featured' section, edit the index_artist_row.tpl file.
Line 7, change <a href="{$jamroom_url}/{$row.profile_url}"> to <a href="{$jamroom_url}/plugins/audio">
There are other artist images on the homepage so find the templates and change those as well.

I edited artists_row.tpl , and when a profile photo is clicked , the entire audio collection of all the artists shows, I want only the audio for that profile to show, what do I have to do ?

index_list_profiles.tp, don't produce any result even with a reset chase
index_spotlight_artist.tpl works
