Jamroom Support: View topic - HOW TO SELL AUDIO NOT ONLY MP3 Exclusive rights?

Hello guys i need really help with this, I WNAT that members could be able to sell exlusive rights as well and should upload a .zip file which will contain .wav, .wave or .aiff file. SO HOW TO DO IT?
AND WHY THERE IS min. 8 kbps ONLY??? it will be not good if someone upload 1 mp3 with very low bitrate and other with higher so the music will not be good for listening.
