i installed jr 4 i go to login and it says no user by that name i looked in the phpadmin and the email and name i created was there the user name and password does not work

You must have forgotten your password.

Not sure that it will work with the first login for an installation, but worth a try:

Or just reinstall (delete files and database) and write down your password before you enter it.

If so thats a network issue on your end.

You'll need to do a complete reinstall. Something must have gone wrong with your upload.

the can install JR5 but not JR4 i just cant login to jr4 it will not accept the user name

I got it after a complete reinstall still didnt work i unziped the settings ran the settings php ,ran the Integrity Check ,then ridid the admin name and password it worked
