They should both work both independently and concurrently with each other without issue. There is currently a bug in the twitter module that will affect other modules running that use the hooks.php script.

Hi Kyle..

Have these issues been resolved...

Facebook module keeps adding registrations on suspended, as it's no picking up, user email during registration process with Facebook info..

From personal experience I'm inclined to believe that there will be no further support for the JR4 facebook & twitter modules. There wasn't very much to begin with back in the day when things were cooking. I can't possibly see why there would be any now. Just my 2 cents

I am planning to update the jrTwitter module to JR 5, but just have not had the time. I actually did a bunch of updates to the jrTwitter module a long time ago, but didn't get to finish the implementations because life took over, and didn't want to release a module that was half functional. It needs to be entirely rewritten though for jr 5 due to the new module setup. It's on my agenda though, although a timeline isn't something I can give at this point.

As for the Facebook module, that was developed by Brian, so I can't speak to what's happening with that.
