Looks like AlertPay has moved to Payza - not sure if that's going to work any longer. Let me know if it works for you.

well i was wondering right
it is payza now, i spoke with them and YES you can use it the same email + 4 char PIN to enable the Alertpay.
I tested and popup windows shows all ok but only it says I NEED TO unsure that there is not firewall or any block between my server and alertpay (payza)
