I was wondering Douglas if you can not check that LOFI ,HIFI errors that i have .
I can send on your email the DEMO USERname and password, you can login and see that even that i changed in ADMIN to all you said stream+download, MEMBERS HAVE NOT option from drop down menu in HIFI to allowed the download, and LOFI is set to stream+download BUT AFTER member update it it is not possible to download at all!
PLS I NEED THIS FIX asap

Well i tried to upload new HIFI SONG and SAME ERROR, i set up that it is for FREE DOWNLOAD and it is NOT SHOW IN VAULT and also on profile page that it is not possible to download msg show.

THE PROBLEM IS that i DONT HAVE A OPTION IN DROP DOWN MENU for HIFI to set up dwonload !!!
in admin YES, but on Profile member song upload it is only dropdown menu i can choose stream some previews in seconds

THE USERNAME IS : mcdrecords
THE PASSWORD is same as for the FTP i sent.
Take a look try to upload song and you will see.

You had the Payment tab set to use the HiFi file as a vault item, in which case it can't be downloaded for free. I turned that off in your Labels/Artists quota Payment Settings section.

If you want users to purchase the file before being able to download, then that feature will need to be turned back on and they only way a user can download the HiFi version of the song will be to purchase it, then download it in their My Files section of their control panel.
