Hi..

Can someone tell me where (folder) I would find the ffmpeg file in JR4.31

having issues with audio. Also should this be a 755 or 777

Try doing a search on the files. If you don't know how to do a search on the server, you can do a search locally for "ffmpeg" as a file name on the files available to download here: http://www.jamroom.net/Downloads4_Core

The permissions will depend on your server config, I think there is something in the faq about that. But the server check should tell you what is wrong and offer to fix permissions for you if they are wrong.

Think its usually provided by the server setup, don't think there is anything that needs to be set on it (from memory.)

Found it..

In JR4.3.1 look in the cluster folder in Tools.. make sure to upload on the cluster server as binary..

Yeah, just upload the tools folder in binary, then you can do integrity check in jamroom or change ffmpeg permission to 733 manually.
