Your situation is:
* you got some work done that you paid for and was finished.
* then hired someone else from somewhere to do something else.
* now you want to remove what they did.

So your options are:
* hire that same person to un-do whatever they did
* delete the whole system and start from the beginning again
* restore from a backup you made before having the person work on your site.

This is a public forum where you are asking your peers to help you out. You seam very frustrated, but please keep the tone respectful to everyone who may be around to help you.

Everything new takes time to learn. Read the documentation. A lot of the questions you have been asking are covered in there.
